We offer a range of group exercise classes at Harrow School Fitness Club:

 

Yoga

Monday 7:45–8:45pm & Wednesday 6:45 – 7:45pm

Involving breath control, simple meditation and the adoption of specific body postures, yoga is excellent for health and relaxation.

 

Swimming Endurance

Tuesday 6:30 – 7:15am

Trialled over the summer, our Freestyle Endurance sessions with our coach, Alberto have proven very popular. A class for confident swimmers who want to develop their technique and fitness. You must be able to swim more than 50m breaststroke, 50m front crawl and 50m backstroke in succession without stopping.

 

Circuits

Tuesday 7:00 – 8:00pm

A mixture of cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to give you a great workout and help you achieve your goals. This popular and lively class is led by Zsuzsa who changes the routine regularly.

 

Swim Fit

Wednesday 8:00 – 8.45pm

A very popular class for those who can swim more than 50m breaststroke, 50m front crawl and 50m backstroke in succession without stopping. John combines fitness in the pool with speed and stroke improvement.

 

Family Friday

Friday 6:30 – 8.45pm

An evening for the whole family to enjoy, including splash time in the pool and games and activities in the sports hall.
